Application via e-mail, availability and query about cubs

Hi,
Me and my partner are seriously considering volunteering at the lion project.
i would like to find out about the following:
1) Will there be any cubs in the reserve during february 2010?
2) Is volunteering in february even an option? (availability considerations)
3) due to limited access to fax machines, is there an option to apply via e-mail or otherwise online?
