Hi

I am hoping to volunteer next year but have read a lot in the press that says Lion Park sells lions for canned hunting.  Please could you provide an assurance that the lions that spend time at Park, are not sold to be shot when they get too big for handling? 

I note that the Lion Park gives contact details for buying lions and wondered how they make sure the lions aren't being sent to be killed?

Canned hunting has been banned in SA, all lions are micro chipped at birth and can only be sold with permits from nature conservation.
